Let's begin from the catamaran base form. Let's make the lightning crease, which subsequently will allow to us to generate the forward paws of the dog. The back paws are formed by the crease, called "rabbit ear". To fold it, probably, you will need previously to mark required creases. Let's turn the model.

Mark crease, which then we shall use for pusing inside two corners. After that we shall fold the dog's trunk. Let's notice, that given crease as much as possible narrows the trunk. It passes through an extreme point of the corner folded before and extreme point of the rabbit ear.

Let's make the tail more thin and eliminate imposing layers at the centre of the model. Then we shall make forward paws more thin. It is difficult enough.

Now we make the tail. For this purpose we shall slightly truncate it. At the given stage it can be made twice more thin. After end of work with the tail, we shall close the model. Now it already has four paws, and begins to resemble the dog.

We shall form the dog's head and back paws. It is done with the help external crease. At the following stage is shown as it is possible to fold back paws, again with the help external crease and twice thin the model in front. Then push inside its breast.

It is necessary to make face and ear. You can give will to your imagination. I folded their by different ways. On the diagram one of possible variants is represented.
